With the August dead period coming to a close, Arkansas football’s efforts on the recruiting trail can start to heat up again.
The Hogs hosted a talented slate of visitors at Razorback Stadium to take in the 52-7 win over Alabama A&M in the season opener. Four-star Fayetteville quarterback Hank Hendrix also got to watch Taylen Green throw the second-most touchdown passes in a single game in Razorback history with six scores. Green tied former Fayetteville High quarterback Brandon Allen in that regard.
A promising quartet of in-state commits were also in attendance, with Bentonville wide receivers Dequane Prevo and Blair Irvin and safeties Tay Lockett (Conway) and Kyndrick Williams (Fayetteville) making the trip.
