Going after the best of all time sure can start a ruckus.
We’re seeing that play out in the great state of Louisiana, where Governor Jeff Landry is carrying on the remoulade-drenched legacy of politicians like Huey P. Long and Edwin “Fast Eddie” Edwards and stirring the pot on behalf of the people.
Governor Landry feels that LSU football fans aren’t being properly served their God-given right to championship hardware by the Tigers’ current athletic director, Scott Woodward. He’s especially aggrieved, he says, that Woodward agreed to a $95 million dollar deal with recently axed LSU coach Brian Kelly, who won a mere 71% of his games, including the last three vs Arkansas.
