FAYETTEVILLE — Bob Holt, a long-time sports reporter for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, was one of four individuals inducted to the Arkansas Sportscasters and Sports Writers Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
Holt was inducted during a Hawgs Illustrated Sports Club luncheon at Mermaids restaurant. Others inducted were Mike Nail, former Fayetteville TV reporter and former play-by-play voice for Razorbacks basketball; Fayetteville TV reporter Mike Irwin; and Chris Mortensen, a Northwest Arkansas-based NFL reporter for ESPN.
