LaFayette County junior receiver Cualan Williams played football in junior high, but decided to focus on basketball as a sophomore until Coach Bobby Clark asked him to return to the gridiron this season.
“He came back and said ‘Coach I want to play’,” said Clark, who’s in his first season with LaFayette County. “He’s worked his tail off so far. I’m proud of him. He’s had a great attitude about everything.”
Williams, 6-3, 205 pounds has shown big playmaking ability by recording 9 receptions for 379 yards and 8 touchdowns for the 4-1 Cougars. Video highlights CLICK HERE
