Hogs’ No. 1 HS Pitcher Signee Has Thrown In a Towel to Go All-In on What Arkansas Needs

The MLB Draft has become an annual point of dread for the Arkansas baseball program.

As one of the best teams in the nation year in and year out, the Diamond Hogs always find themselves sweating out the draft. Not only do a litany of Razorbacks hear their names called each year, but Arkansas baseball coach Dave Van Horn and his staff recruiting at an elite level means they usually lose a number of high school signees, as well.

Recent years have seen Arkansas shortstop signees like Masyn Winn, Max Muncy, Aidan Miller and Tyson Lewis drafted in the first two rounds, never making it to campus.
