FAYETTEVILLE — The end of the regular season is upon us, with the highly anticipated Arkansas vs Tennessee series finally here at Baum-Walker Stadium.
It’s not quite as big of a deal as it was once thought to be, with the Razorbacks dropping four of their last five series and the Volunteers dropping five of their last six, but it still features the No. 8 and No. 17 teams in the country, according to D1Baseball.
First pitch of Game 1 is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT and will be televised on ESPN2. Plenty is at stake for both squads, as Tennessee is trying to work its way back into the regional host conversation and Arkansas has an outside shot at winning the SEC regular-season title in addition to its postseason hopes.
