Maumelle offensive lineman Tyler Hall has committed to be a preferred walk-on at Arkansas.
Hall, 6-6, 290, 5.2 seconds in the 40 yard dash, chose to be a Razorback over scholarship offers from Henderson State, Southern Arkansas, Arkansas-Monticello and Lyon College. He also received interest from UCA and Hendrix.
He and about 10 other preferred walk-on prospects made unofficial visits to Fayetteville on Jan. 16.
"I just fell in love with it," said Hall, who has a 325 pound bench press and 370 squat. "The facilities, coaching staff, community, and school are all incredible. Ultimately it was just an incredible opportunity that I couldn't pass up.
