Arkansas football is officially in the market for a new head coach, joining a growing list of major college programs making changes this season. Since the departure of Sam Pittman, speculation has swirled about who will take over the Razorbacks’ reins in Fayetteville next year. While several names have been linked to the position, one Group of Five coach is increasingly emerging as a legitimate frontrunner: Memphis head coach Ryan Silverfield.
According to the latest predictive odds on Kalshi, Silverfield leads the field with a 24% chance of being named Arkansas’ next head coach. Florida State offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn sits close behind at 20%, followed by Tulane’s Jon Sumrall and interim Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino, each at 19%.
