FAYETTEVILLE — First pitch of the Arkansas softball team’s super regional against Ole Miss has been moved ahead to 11 a.m. Friday due to forecasted rain.
The game, which was originally scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., will be televised on ESPNU as planned.
According to the National Weather Service, there is a 40% chance of showers and thunderstorm Friday in Fayetteville, mainly after 1 p.m. It is expected to be partly sunny with a high near 75 and east winds 5-10 mph.
Rain could play a factor throughout the weekend. Showers and thunderstorms are likely throughout both Saturday and Sunday.
