Traditional heavyweights like Ohio State and Georgia alongside recent upstarts like Texas Tech and Mississippi have bankrolled high-dollar rosters to contend for the College Football Playoff in this new era. Arkansas, meanwhile, has seemed to lag behind on many fronts. Its Saturday opponent, Notre Dame, is reportedly one of the 15-20 schools across the country to hit the $20 million threshold on its roster.
