Arkansas basketball is back in action on Friday night as the No. 21 Hoop Hogs take on Samford inside Bud Walton Arena.
The Razorbacks rebounded from their close road loss to Michigan State with a sloppy, but convincing blowout over Central Arkansas on Tuesday. Arkansas will be looking to turn in a dominant performance from wire to wire this time around.
The Hogs haven’t faced Samford since 2017, but the Bulldogs will be a somewhat familiar opponent for Arkansas basketball coach John Calipari’s squad thanks to their head coach, Lennie Acuff.
The 60-year-old is in his first season at Samford after his predecessor, Bucky McMillan, took the Texas A&M job.
