FAYETTEVILLE — There are many flags to be found in Baum-Walker Stadium, particularly in the Hog Pen beyond left field. When the Arkansas baseball team scores a run, flags of all shapes and sizes fly.
There are two, though, that stand out above the rest — literally. They are on extra long, green flagpoles, towering above and sweeping across the outfield.
One of them is especially unique. While most of the flags in the outfield have some kind of Arkansas logo, this one is a bright red flag with a big, orange shrimp in the middle. It reads, “Shrimpin’ ain’t easy.
