FAYETTEVILLE — Four-star defensive tackle Danny Beale III committed to Oklahoma State after officially visiting the Cowboys, Ole Miss and North Carolina.
He was scheduled to make an official visit to Arkansas but didn’t make the trip. He made several unofficial visits to Fayetteville.
Beale, 6-5 and 330 pounds, of Cross County High School in Cherry Valley, narrowed his list to Arkansas, Georgia, Oregon, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Missouri, Southern Cal and Mississippi State in November.
ESPN rates him a 4-star recruit, the No. 5 defensive tackle and the nation's No. 81 overall recruit.
