When the Arkansas offensive coordinator and play caller saw the summer workout numbers for wide receiver Monte Harrison, it was clear what was going to happen when the Razorbacks got to their first August scrimmage. Harrison was going to get the football.
Paired with backup quarterback KJ Jackson and operating against the No. 1 defense, Harrison dazzled. He scored twice on long run-pass plays and was among the top highlights in the first scrimmage of training camp.
