No. 15 Arkansas basketball had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad night on the Plains on Saturday as Auburn laid down a 95-73 bludgeoning.
Multiple lapses on defense let Auburn pour in easy basket after easy basket. Miscommunication on a screen and roll led to a dunk a little more than three minutes in. A bad switch midway through the first half led to star Hogs guard Darius Acuff getting abused by Auburn’s Keyshawn Hall on an isolation in the short corner.
The damage kept mounting, leading to a Razorback deficit of 15 points at halftime.
