FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas football's hot streak of signing transfers continued Thursday with the addition of former Baylor linebacker Phoenix Jackson.
Jackson, 6-0 and 223 pounds, had 11 tackles and 1 quarterback hurry for the Bears this season before suffering a knee injury. He played three seasons at Fresno State prior to Baylor, and was committed to Washington State out of the portal before reopening his recruitment.
He had 109 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, 5 sacks and 3 interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, as a Bulldog. He was consensus 3-star recruit at Central Catholic High School in Modesto, Calif.
