Indiana defensive end commitment Allen Cater took his official visit to Arkansas over the weekend and was hosted by someone that can relate to his situation.
His host, freshman defensive lineman T.J. Smith was committed to Vanderbilt before he switched to the Hogs on his official visit to Fayetteville last year.
“He was committed to another school and he was in the same exact situation as me,” Cater said.
Cater, 6-5, 240 pounds, 4.8 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Kennesaw (Ga.) Mount Paran Christian received a scholarship offer from the Hogs after visiting Fayetteville for the Mississippi State game.
