FAYETTEVILLE — Former Arkansas sprinter and wide receiver Jordan Anthony is one of three finalists for The Bowerman, the USTFCCA announced Tuesday.

The award is given annually to the top athlete in collegiate track and field. Baylor's Nathan Ezekiel and Auburn's Ja'Kobe Tharp join Anthony on the list of finalists.

Anthony, who announced in June he would forgo his remaining eligibility and turn pro, was the national champion in both the 60 and 100 meters this season.

He was the collegiate leader in the 100-meter dash with a wind-legal time of 9.95 seconds, which won him the SEC title and set a program record.
