FAYETTEVILLE — Rolling into its final series of the regular season, the Arkansas softball team’s bats have proven to be difficult to stop.

In their second year under hitting coach DJ Gasso, the sixth-ranked Razorbacks tout one of the nation’s best offenses. They rank ninth in Division I scoring 7.7 runs per game and fifth with a .447 on-base percentage.

The Razorbacks (36-10, 12-9 SEC) have improved their batting average from last season by 56 points, on-base percentage by 83 points and scoring by 2.8 runs per game.
