At first, things didn't go great in Arkansas football's game against Texas A&M. Through the first 28 minutes, the Aggies took a 21-6 lead over the Hogs. But in those last two minutes, Arkansas stormed back within one, 21-20, before halftime.
To start the game, the offense looked as explosive as ever. Arkansas running back Mike Washington put up 71 of the Hogs' 75 yards in their first possession. The majority came on a 48-yard gash up the middle of the defense. Unfortunately, the Hogs couldn't punch it and settled for a field goal.
A&M did whatever it wanted for most of the game, scoring on its first three drives of the game.
