FAYETTEVILLE — A contracted football series between Arkansas and Utah has been amended to delay the Utes’ return trip to Fayetteville by one season.
The Razorbacks and Utes have agreed to play at Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Sept. 15, 2029, according to a copy of the amended contract. The game in Fayetteville was originally scheduled to be played in 2028.
Arkansas is still scheduled to play at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City on Sept. 12, 2026, in the first game of the two-game series. The Razorbacks and Utes have never played each other in football.
Utah, a member of the Pac-12, has had seven consecutive winning seasons.
