Shooting 22 percent from the field and 10 percent from deep will lead to a scoreline like that, especially for a team that relies on outside shooting like Arkansas does. It was more than just poor shooting though, the Hogs got out manned according to Bob Holt. The last game Mississippi State largely went to a zone defense, something Ben Howland doesn't do much of. This game they went back to what they knew, and it worked to the tune of one of the worst losses in SEC history for the Hogs.
