FORT SMITH — The smile on Kobe Branham’s face on Saturday morning was endless.
Branham and his alma mater Fort Smith Southside hosted the inaugural Kobe Branham Football Camp and welcomed hundreds of second- through eighth-graders.
“This is awesome. This is just perfect,” Branham said. “I didn’t expect this many kids. I’m super glad we came out.”
The young football players were timed in the 40-yard dash, did cone drills and worked out under the watchful eye of Branham, several of his Arkansas Razorback teammates and Southside coaches.
“This is what it’s all about,” Razorback quarterback Taylen Green said.
