FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas men's basketball team returned to The Associated Press Top 25 poll Monday, ranked No. 23.

It is the first time the Razorbacks have been ranked since they fell out of the poll following a 90-77 loss to Illinois in Kansas City on Nov. 28.

Arkansas defeated North Carolina A&T 95-67 last Saturday in its only game of the week. The Razorbacks are scheduled to play Oakland next Monday at Bud Walton Arena.

Tennessee remained No. 1 for the third consecutive week, earning 41 of the 62 first place votes. Second-ranked Auburn received the other 21 first-place votes.
