FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas gymnastics team was ranked No. 10 in the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association preseason poll released Tuesday.
It is the second consecutive year in which the Razorbacks ranked in the top 10 before the season. Last year, Arkansas was No. 8 in the preseason poll.
All nine SEC programs appeared in the poll, which ranks the top 15 teams in the country. Arkansas will compete against all eight other teams in the conference, and the Razorbacks open the season at No. 15 Minnesota on Jan. 10.
Defending national champion Oklahoma topped the poll, followed by conference mates LSU and Florida.
