FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas football team will learn its bowl assignment Sunday afternoon.
Bowl assignments will come into focus after the announcement of the 12-team College Football Playoff Playoff. The playoff selection show is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. All bowl assignments should be announced by mid-to-late afternoon.
The playoff decision will have an effect on the SEC’S 6-6 teams, like the Razorbacks, and whether the SEC will have enough bowl affiliations to accommodate all 13 of its bowl-eligible teams.
