Sacramento State long snapper Adam Johnston committed to Arkansas after making an official visit Saturday.
“It’s a great opportunity with a historic program and a great new staff,” he said. “[I am] looking forward to being part of the immediate turnaround.”
Johnston, 6-0 and 215 pounds, was named honorable mention All-Big Sky Conference in 2025. He did not have a bad snap or a blocked kick in nine games.
Johnston played one season at Modesto Junior College in California before he transferred to Sacramento State for the 2024 season. He was recruited by Arkansas special teams coordinator Chad Lunsford.
