FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas’ three coordinators for the 2026 football season will be paid a combined $3.685 million in their first year.
The Razorbacks announced the hirings of offensive coordinator Tim Cramsey from Memphis, defensive coordinator Ron Roberts from Florida and special teams coordinator Chad Lunsford from Auburn on Tuesday. Their contracts were made available through a Freedom of Information Act request.
Roberts, 58, will become the highest-paid coordinator in program history with an annual salary of $2 million through the 2028 season. He will earn a $100,000 pay raise if the Razorbacks have a 7-win season in either 2026 or 2027.
