Arkansas football camp observations: Secondary has strength in numbers as battles persist

FAYETTEVILLE — There has been strength in numbers for the Arkansas secondary in fall camp.

After going through spring practices with a depleted roster due to various injuries and multiple spots needing filling through the portal, the Razorbacks were hamstrung. While it did give players opportunities for increased reps, the low numbers limited how much the unit could do.

But during Monday’s fourth preseason practice, it was evident Arkansas not only has a full arsenal of players available, but it has apparent depth at most positions.

Perhaps the team’s most contested spots in fall camp are in the secondary, where the Razorbacks are looking to solidify who their top options in a crowded room are.
