FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas defensive coordinator Travis Williams adopted an interesting metaphor to describe the state of the Razorbacks’ defense.
Speaking with reporters after practice Monday, Williams was asked if he felt his side of the ball had more pieces to find spots for this year than last.
“We have a lot of ingredients, and we have to cook the meal,” Williams said. “We’ve got to put the ingredients in the right spot so the meal can be right. But we have the ingredients now. We’ve got to make sure, ‘OK, it's not mildewed. It's not spoiled.
