Arkansas baseball will host North Dakota State first at Fayetteville Regional

FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas baseball team is becoming accustomed to hearing its name called early on Memorial Day.

The Razorbacks (43-13) earned the No. 3 national seed for the NCAA Tournament on Monday — their eighth time to earn a top 8 national seed that guarantees home field advantage before the College World Series, and sixth time in 7 seasons since 2018.

Arkansas, the top seed at the Fayetteville Regional, will host North Dakota State (20-32) on Friday at Baum-Walker Stadium.

Kansas (43-15) and Creighton (41-14) will play in the other game Friday in Fayetteville.
