FAYETTEVILLE — A steady mist fell at Baum-Walker Stadium on Saturday as a steady flow of runs crossed the plate for the second-ranked Arkansas baseball team.

The Razorbacks defeated Missouri 21-3 in 7 innings in the first game of the weekend series, which was postponed Friday due to severe weather. The teams are scheduled to play a doubleheader of 7-inning games Sunday beginning at 1 p.m.

Arkansas (28-3, 9-1 SEC) scored the program’s second-most runs in an SEC game — trailing only a 30-7 victory over South Carolina in 1997 — and set a program record for the most runs against an SEC opponent in a 7-inning game.
