FAYETTEVILLE — Logan Maxwell’s 2-strike, 2-out swing at 3:33 p.m. sent Arkansas baseball fans into a 2-hour party Sunday at Baum-Walker Stadium.

Maxwell’s 330-foot grand slam into the left-field bullpen put the Razorbacks ahead 7-1 in the fourth inning, and Arkansas cruised to an 11-4 victory over Tennessee in Game 2 of the NCAA Fayetteville Super Regional.

The Razorbacks (48-13) swept the Volunteers (46-19) and advanced to the 12th College World Series in program history. Arkansas will play Saturday at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Neb., against the winner of the Baton Rouge Super Regional between LSU and West Virginia.
