When it comes to All-American teams, the AP stands at the top as the gold standard. This year is the 100th anniversary of the vaunted yearly honor, and the outlet released its all-time All-American Team. Unfortunately, not a single Arkansas football player listed was listed.
Since 1954, the Razorbacks have had 19 players earn the label, including four who've been named twice: defensive linemen Loyd Phillips (1965-66) and Billy Ray Smith (1981-82), followed by offensive tackle Shawn Andrews (2002-03), and running back Darren McFadden (2006-07). However, after reading some of the names, you can't blame the AP for not picking any Hogs.
