Alexis Tolefree signs professional contract

Former Arkansas guard Alexis Tolefree has signed her first professional basketball contract.

Tolefree, a 5-8 guard from Conway, signed with KBF Prishtina in Pristina, Kosovo. KBF Prishtina competes in the IP Superliga e Basketbollit, Balkan International Basketball League (BIBL) and the FIBA Europe Cup.

The team is the most successful in Kosovo, having won 14 national championships, 14 national cups and six supercups in the last 14 years.

Tolefree was not selected in the WNBA's draft in April after being named the No. 22 available prospect by ESPNW. She is the second player to sign a professional contract since Mike Neighbors took over as head coach in 2017.
