A QB Twist Hogs Can Expect from Ole Miss No Matter How Hobbled Austin Simmons Is

It’s officially game week ahead of Arkansas football’s SEC opener against No. 17 Mississippi on Saturday, and the Razorbacks have revenge on their mind.

The Confederate Rebels marched into Fayetteville last year and put a 63-31 whooping on the Hogs, with quarterback Jaxson Dart breaking the single-game school record with 515 passing yards. Arkansas football coach Sam Pittman said it puts a chip squarely on his team’s shoulders heading into Oxford this weekend.

“Each game has different motivational factors. Last week was for the state,” Pittman said at his weekly presser on Monday. “Certainly the way we got beat last year in that game, it has to have some motivation.
