4-star offensive lineman Bryce Gilmore commits to Arkansas football

FAYETTEVILLE —A day after completing his official visit to Arkansas, consensus 4-star offensive lineman Bryce Gilmore committed to the Razorbacks.

"I chose Arkansas because it felt like home the moment I stepped on campus,” Gilmore said. "The culture, the fans, and the relationships I’ve built with the coaches made it an easy decision. I believe in what Coach Pittman is building, and I want to be a part of bringing something special to Fayetteville.”

Arkansas coach Sam Pittman, offensive line coach Eric Mateos and offensive lineman Corey Robinson made Gilmore feel at home during his trip.

“The main reasons are Mateos, Pittman and the culture, and also the players, too, because sometimes you go to a place and some of their best players and starters don’t want to hang with you and get to know you and actually tell you stuff about Arkansas,” Gilmore said after his visit Sunday.
