SAN MARCOS, Texas - Little Rock notched its fourth win in a row while claiming its fourth-straight series in the process with a 7-4 win over Texas State Friday night at Bobcat Ballpark. The Trojans are now are 16-10 on the year while retaining the first place position in the Sun Belt Western division with a 6-2 record in the conference.
With the win, Little Rock notched its 10th victory in the last 12 games and improves to 11-4 all-time against the Bobcats as the Trojans have still never lost a series to Texas State.
Little Rock's bats began the game hot, racing out to a 6-0 lead after three innings.
