Southeast Missouri Shut Down as Trojans Claim Fifth Straight Win

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – scored a career-high 21 points, grabbed an OVC season-best 19 rebounds and Little Rock held a fourth opponent under 40 points this season in a 58-39 win at Southeast Missouri on Thursday night at the Show Me Center.

Little Rock (13-9, 10-1 OVC) held Southeast Missouri to four points in both the second and fourth quarters as the Redhawks (9-13, 4-7) became the fourth Trojan opponent to fail to score 40 points against the Trojans this season.

The vaunted Trojan defense held SEMO to just 2-for-22 shooting over 14 ½ minutes spanning the second and third quarters.
