DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A career day for freshman Syndey Scraba highlighted the opening 18 holes of competition for Little Rock at the 2019 Sun Belt Conference Championship at LPGA International.

Scraba notched a 1-under 71 in round one and is currently tied for fourth among the individual standings, one shot off the lead shared by three players. Beginning on hole 10, Scraba opened with a 1-over 37 over the back nine, then posted a 2-under over the front nine, including birdies on holes five and six, giving her the 1-under 71.
