LITTLE ROCK - Due to the threat of rain storms throughout the afternoon and evening hours Tuesday, Little Rock's game at Central Arkansas scheduled for today at 4 p.m. has been moved to Wednesday, March 9. First pitch between the Bears and Trojans will be at 4 p.m. at Bear Stadium in Conway.
The game will mark the first installment if this year's Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Governor's I-40 Showdown rivalry series with three points on the line in the standings. UCA heads into the spring season holding a 16-6 edge.
The game in Conway also marks the first road test of the season for Little Rock, playing the first nine games of the year at Gary Hogan Field.
