LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Little Rock swimming and diving team won three individual events, defeated in-state opponents Henderson State and fell to Southern Illinois on Friday, besting the former 268-86 and dropping the conference battle 171-87. Annya Grom won the 50 freestyle and the 100 butterfly while Jaelle Carlson finished as runner-up in the 50 free before picking up a victory of her own in the 100 freestyle.
"The last few weeks have been challenging in a multitude of ways and this team continues to push through and set new standards," said head coach Amy Burgess.
