LITTLE ROCK- The Trojans were unable to complete the sweep of Sun Belt leaders Texas State, falling 13-9 on Sunday afternoon in the final game at Gary Hogan Field this season.
Little Rock falls to 24-26 (15-11 Sun Belt) while Texas State improves to 34-17 (18-9 Sun Belt).
"I thought we struggled in all facets of the game," said Head Coach Chris Curry. "Bottom line, against the first-place team, what we did not do the first two games, which was make mistakes, we did do today. They took advantage of it and got some key hits while their pitchers threw strikes for the most part.
