LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock's men's and women's cross country teams each had a runner finish in the top 10 as both teams finished fifth at the Ohio Valley Cross Country Championships Saturday morning.
The finish for Little Rock's Team marked its best finish at a conference championship since 2014 for the men. For the women, who recorded their best finish since 2015, five different runners posted a career best time in the 6K race.
Little Rock's host of new personal best marks was led by Matilda Horton, whose 22:31.1 time placed her ninth overall, led the Maroon and Silver for the fifth consecutive meet.
