LITTLE ROCK - Little Rock baseball gave up a late lead to fall 3-2 in extra innings to Georgia Southern on Saturday night at Gary Hogan Field.

Chandler Fidel had a great performance on the mound for the Trojans as he allowed no runs and only three hits while getting a season-high 10 strikeouts in 7.0 innings pitched.
Matt Merino pushed his hitting streak to eight games after going 3-for-5 and scoring once.
Marcus Ragan and Ryan Benavidez each had a pair of hits on the evening while Riley Pittman reached base three times off walks — two of them intentional.
