AUBURN, Ala. – The Little Rock men's golf team heads into the final round of the NCAA Auburn Regional with momentum to build on, sitting in ninth place at 15-over par after two rounds at the Auburn University Club.
Tuesday brought its share of challenges, but the Trojans battled through with determination. Matteo Cristoni led the scoring with a composed round of 73 (+1), highlighted by three birdies, and currently stands tied for 24th individually at two-over for the tournament.
Freddie Turnell played a key role in setting the tone early, delivering one of the team's steadiest performances of the day despite not having his score count in the official team tally.
