LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock baseball has earned the Team Academic Excellence Award from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA), announced by the organization. The Trojans were one of only 50 schools at the Division I level to earn the recognition and one of just two Sun Belt Conference programs among the list.
The list highlights programs who posted a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher for the entire 2017-18 season. The Trojans boast a combined team GPA of 3.27 with 27 members of the 2018 roster holding an overall GPA of 3.00 or better.
