LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock women's golf has announced a change to the final tournament of the fall season.
The annual Little Rock Women's Golf Classic, held at Diamante Country Club in Hot Springs Village and scheduled for October 25-27, has been canceled. The decision was made due to a number of teams withdrawing from the event, as well as to ensure the safety of the host families that house student-athletes during the tournament.
"We're disappointed to have to cancel our tournament at Diamante this fall as we know it is a highlight of the year for both our players and host families," said head coach Jenna Wylie.
