Apodaca, a junior from Sugar Land, Texas, earned her first-ever Division I NCAA Zone cut this past weekend on the 1-meter board, scoring 268.10 points to become the program's first NCAA Zone qualifier since 2017. She won both boards, adding another first place finish on the 3-meter board with 259.
