Five Questions: Lis Shoshi

LITTLE ROCK – Lis Shoshi will be a key piece on a Little Rock squad that is picked to finish second in the Sun Belt Conference. Last season, Shoshi started 34 of 35 games after transferring from Howard Junior College and averaged 7.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game.

A double major in economics and finance, Shoshi's game improved as the season progressed. In league play, the 6-11 forward shot 49.5 percent from the floor and made 10 of 18 3-pointers. In a win at Georgia State in February, Shoshi totaled 11 points and 16 rebounds, the most by a Little Rock player since Rashad Jones-Jennings in 2007.
